IN GROUP Hungary Kft. ("IN Group", "we") is committed to protecting your personal data. We process it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, (EU) 2016/679), Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information (Infotv.) and Act I of 2012 on the Labour Code (Mt.).
2. What data we process and why
2.1 Job applications (Careers page)

Please don't include special category data in your CV (e.g. health data, religious or political beliefs). We only ask for information relevant to establishing employment (Mt. Section 10).
2.2 Enquiries and requests for offers (e.g. office rental)

3. Who can access your data
Only IN Group staff involved in recruitment, or in answering your enquiry, can access your data. We use the following processors:

We never sell your data and don't use application data for marketing.
4. Security
We receive data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), store uploaded files in a location that isn't publicly accessible, and limit access to the staff who need it.
5. Your rights
- Access — ask what data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Restriction — ask us to restrict processing
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawing consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

6. Complaints
If you believe we have breached your data protection rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:
