The founder
Mordechai (Motty) Segal
Founder and CEO of IN Group Hungary, and a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years in Hungarian real estate. Since establishing the group in 2011, Motty has led the development, construction and management of landmark projects across Budapest — from A-class office complexes to Hungary's first purpose-built student accommodation — keeping every stage, from acquisition through to tenant management, entirely in-house.
