The role
From office refurbishments and tenant fit-outs to apartment renovations and building upgrades, you take each project from scope and tender to handover — on time, on budget and to a standard we're proud of. You also oversee recurring maintenance across our office and residential buildings, and work alongside the project managers on our larger developments.
What you'll do
- Lead renovation and fit-out projects end to end across our office and residential portfolio
- Define scope, prepare tender packages, collect and compare quotes, and recommend contractors
- Build and manage budgets and schedules; track every purchase and variation
- Coordinate contractors and workers on site; check quality, safety and progress
- Manage handovers to tenants and internal teams, including snagging
- Plan and oversee recurring building maintenance — HVAC, fire safety, gas, lifts
- Work with the project managers on major developments such as IN Budapest and IN12
- Keep all projects, work orders and maintenance documented in monday.com
What we're looking for
Must have
- A technical background — construction, civil or building services engineering, or facility management
- 3+ years managing renovations, fit-outs or building works
- Experience running tenders and managing contractor budgets
- Organised, hands-on and confident leading people on site
- Fluent Hungarian; driving licence (category B)
Nice to have
- Working English
- Experience in commercial office buildings
- Knowledge of Hungarian building and fire regulations
